Same-day acknowledgement
Anything that arrives on a working day gets a human reply that day, or the next morning if it lands after hours. If your request falls outside what we do, we say so immediately rather than booking a call to find out.
A short scoping call
Around an hour, usually within two working days. We use it to understand the system you already run, the constraint you are actually trying to remove, and who inside your organisation has to be involved. No slide deck — we would rather spend the time on your architecture than on ours.

Scope, assumptions, exclusions, timeline and price, in writing. Pricing is engagement-based and quoted only after that assessment — a fixed-price project, a monthly retainer, or a dedicated team, whichever fits the work. Nothing gets priced before we understand it.
A named engineering lead
If the engagement proceeds you get a named lead who sat in the scoping call and stays through delivery and operations. You will not be handed to a delivery team that has never heard the conversation you already had.

iDefender IT Services Pvt Ltd works with clients worldwide. The engineering team is based at our head office in India.
Anywhere in the world
We work with clients anywhere in the world without changing how an engagement runs. Every platform we build lives in your own cloud accounts and repositories, is reviewed in your pull requests, and is monitored on dashboards you can open yourself — which makes distance a scheduling question rather than an engineering one. Our engineers work in English.
Hours and time zones
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 IST, and for clients in other time zones we fix a written overlap window at kickoff rather than leaving it to goodwill. On active managed engagements, escalation paths run outside those hours by prior agreement — the on-call arrangement is written into the contract rather than assumed.
