A services company can describe a delivery practice without ever living inside one. Running our own products is how we avoid that: RelayZap and AskDocs are on our own pipelines, our own infrastructure definitions and our own on-call rotation, which means every practice we recommend to a client is one we are already paying for ourselves.
A client engagement ends. A product does not, and that difference is the whole point. RelayZap forwards other organisations’ mail, so its claim of no-loss delivery has to survive every release — which is why the suite that proves it runs on every build, exactly as described under Quality Assurance. It is envelope-encrypted at rest and multi-tenant with enforced isolation because we hold data that is not ours, which is the same reasoning behind DevSecOps. Its status page, per-mailbox counts and event log exist because we are the ones woken up when it stops — the argument made at length under AIOps.
The platforms listed above were built to be handed over, not to be kept. BazaarBandhu was re-architected into decoupled catalog, order, payment and customer services precisely so each could scale and be replaced independently of the others. Niyantā put maker-checker governance and automated audit trails around construction finance for a contractor whose approvals had been running over WhatsApp. Vivechana is being built in the open as a free tool. Different clients, different domains, one delivery model — and in every case the handover included the pipeline and the infrastructure definitions, not just the application.
Every entry on this page is either publicly reachable or written up as a case study, and the two are deliberately linked. RelayZap is in early access and self-hosted in Docker, so you can run it on your own infrastructure and read what it does with your credentials rather than take our word for it. AskDocs is live and free to try. That is a narrower claim than most agency portfolios make, and it is the only kind we can support: the work either exists where you can see it, or it is described as what it is.
